This home is charming. Outside has gorgeous stonework and really neat rooflines. The wooded property is private and there are lovely views down to the river. The challenge – the interior was stuck in 1980. The home came to them with musty mauve carpet, popcorn ceilings, unattractive stained trim, an oddly configured kitchen, an antiquated jetted tub, and some hidden issues as well. The nature inspired color palette we chose was pulled from the stones that surround the fireplace. I love the clients’ style. It’s sleek and streamlined but also warm and welcoming. The home’s classic structure shines now through its updated décor.
